FORGE Methodology
with Guardrails built in
VibeSec Advisory exists because AI is already showing up inside real business workflows. I help teams redesign those workflows properly and safely, using the FORGE framework.

Ryan Macomber
Founder, VibeSec Advisory
I help teams redesign business processes around AI, and do it safely. I spent years as an enterprise AI sales engineer building AI workflows and saw firsthand how non-technical teams could change how they operate with the right process design.
I created the FORGE Methodology to solve a specific problem: teams were adopting AI tools without a methodology. They were getting results, but they were also creating risks. API keys exposed, unapproved tools handling company data, prompt injection vulnerabilities, MCP server misconfigurations. FORGE structures the work into six pillars: Baseline, Skills, Agents, Guardrails, Schedule, and Capture. Security lives in the Guardrails pillar. It is not an afterthought.
I am an advisor who teaches through practical workflow design. I help people see what AI systems can actually do, then turn that insight into reusable Skills, safer workflows, and measurable process improvements.
Why I started VibeSec
I spent years watching the same pattern play out across many teams. A team would discover AI tools. They would redesign a workflow in days. Then someone would ask: "Is this safe?" And the workflow had no clear answer.
The problem is not that teams lack ambition. It is that they lack a framework. Many AI consultants deliver strategy decks with no security depth. Traditional security work often starts after the workflow already exists. The missing piece is practical operating design before AI usage spreads across the team.
I built the FORGE Methodology to close that gap. Six pillars: Baseline, Skills, Agents, Guardrails, Schedule, and Capture. Security lives in Guardrails. It is not a separate engagement or a later conversation. It is built into how I design every process with every client. The security assessment capability behind the Guardrails pillar is what makes the recommendations credible.
AI is redesigning how teams do their jobs. I help make that redesign more useful, more reviewable, and less likely to create uncontrolled risk.
What makes us different
A Framework, Not a Feature List
The FORGE framework gives your team a repeatable methodology: Skills, Agents, Guardrails, Schedule. Not a list of tools to try. A design process that produces reliable, reviewable AI workflows.
I Build These Systems Every Day
Enterprise AI sales engineer turned advisor. I designed the FORGE framework from hands-on experience with AI workflow design and security assessment work. This is not consulting theory.
Security in the Process, Not on Top of It
Guardrails is a pillar of every FORGE engagement. Data boundaries, review points, tool access, and escalation rules are designed into the workflow instead of bolted on later.
Tool-Agnostic by Design
The FORGE framework works regardless of which AI tools your team uses. Claude, Cursor, Amp, Copilot. I help you design the process. You choose the tools that fit your team.
Actionable Deliverables
Workflow maps, Guardrails documentation, AI governance language, and review checklists. Not slide decks that collect dust.
One Workflow First
Start with the free FORGE AI Workflow Starter Kit, then use the Advisory Retainer for ongoing process design. Security stays inside the Guardrails work instead of becoming a separate afterthought.
